Jill Nye

Jill provides in-depth experience working within various work teams to determine strategies for implementing and improving new services, products, and support systems.  Focus areas include Program/Project Management and Business/Process Analysis.

She is known for creating a collaborative environment across internal and external teams, providing excellent communications for all levels of the organization, and delivering outstanding customer service and vendor relations.  She is also known for providing honest feedback even in difficult situations.

Jill’s diverse experience and background within the software development, manufacturing, telecommunications, and other industries enables her to easily navigate projects of varying complexity, with teams of varying size and knowledge levels.

  • Research, planning, and implementation related to government mandates (FCC, FDIC, and FDA)
  • Participating in global standards discussions (primarily telecommunications and emergency planning)
  • Planning and implementing new products and services
  • Driving change management of process and/or organizational structures

  • Business analysis for improving customer engagement and implementation of improvement plans

Her passion is working with people from a wide range of professional backgrounds and seeing projects come to successful completion. In her free time, you will find her reading or volunteering for her children’s activities or charitable events.

Dave Nye, ACC, CEC

Throughout his successful 27-year career journey in multiple corporate, non-profit and small business environments, David Nye has had a proven history of driving cutting-edge management and engineering practices, and business solutions. He is a results-oriented senior-level leader experienced in developing and aligning business strategies with tactical planning initiatives. He has a passion for developing, researching and implementing programs through leadership of small to large cross-functional teams and projects.

David is a certified professional coach working with executive leaders, management teams, and small groups. His coaching philosophy is very simple: give people the right tools, a framework to explore new ideas, and empower them to make decisions that contribute to their own sustainable success. He has developed a clientele that includes individual contributors, managers, work teams and C-level management in the areas of executive leadership development, conflict management, organizational change, and career transition. His clients represent multiple industries across many functional areas including finance, operations, engineering, and program management.

As a senior business management consultant, David focuses his expertise in the areas of technology implementation, strategy development, operational improvement, and project management. He is recognized for his ability to bring cross-functional teams together to work in a collaborative and positive environment. Frequently this involves identifying and removing barriers and silos that prevent a solid working foundation. Having worked inside numerous professional cultures, David is able to quickly assess the situation and engage with the client in a structured or entrepreneurial environment, across multiple functions and management levels.

David is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) receiving his certification from the International Coach Federation. He has also earned a certification of Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching. He currently serves as past-President of the local Washington State Chapter of the International Coach Federation. He earned his BA degree from Utah State University, where he studied Liberal Arts & Science and Business Administration, with additional certificates from The Center for Creative Leadership, Kellogg School of Management, and AT&T University. He is also an active member with the local business community.
